Thrombus may cause heart attack or brain damage , Which will lead to a death, or may disable your body or if you are lucky , You  will loose some effective functions. But might be recovering if the patient has been treated by the doctor or the medical services on time. so check your blood pressure regularly and make sure its has been taken in normal and relaxed situation , monitor the patient very will at the first moment and check  if he/she has ability  to stand up or not, don't force her/him, check the appearance of the face and the mouth and listen to the voice of the patient has difficulty to talk ,call the first help medical services ,your Doctor or 100 and don't delay .you could save their lives, don't  forget that we are human.
